
Incheon National University (INU), led by President Injae Lee, announced that Jin-soo Kim began his term as the University’s new Standing Auditor on August 1. His three-year term runs from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029.
Kim earned his bachelor’s degree from Kangwon National University and later received both his master’s and doctoral degrees in Education Policy from Pennsylvania State University in the United States.
Kim began his public-sector career after passing the 36th Higher Civil Service Examination in 1992 and has since held various positions related to education administration. His previous roles include Director of the Lifelong Learning Policy Division at the Ministry of Education and Standing Commissioner of the Appeal Commission for Educators. He also served in senior administrative positions at the education offices of Busan, Gangwon, Daejeon, and Gyeonggi Province.
